Historical Properties Survey and Archaeological Investigation Services

The government authority in New Jersey requires a vendor to perform a Phase 1 historical properties survey and archaeological investigation services. The vendor must conduct Phase 1a and Phase 1b surveys, complete fieldwork including subsurface testing and digging, and document all findings with field notes, photographs, and mapping, excluding basement survey work. For five flood-prone homes, the vendor must assess structural conditions regarding potential relocation, evaluate historic significance, and document architectural features and salvageable materials.
