Web-Based Contract Management System

The buyer requires a comprehensive, state-of-the-art, healthcare-focused, web-based contract lifecycle management system (CLM) to improve agency control over all contract stages, from intake to termination. The selected vendor must provide all software, configuration, implementation, project management, data migration, integration, training, and support to maintain a fully operational CLM. Requested features include native or seamlessly integrated artificial intelligence tools, a searchable electronic database of all park contracts and vendors, internal client access with status notifications, key performance indicator tracking, and reporting capabilities. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore United States organizations and specifies offsite work performance. Vendors may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. The contract period will span three years.
