Model Sign Trucks Installation Service

The City of Bentonville Street Department requires the one-time purchase and delivery of two 2026 or current year model sign trucks and installation service. The requested scope includes sign storage for 18"x18", 18"x24", and 30"x30" sizes, an upper right-side main toolbox installation, a lower aluminum fold-out sign platform, a 10-speed auto torqshift, an amber strobe LED beacon, and a gray vinyl interior. Vendors may perform the work onsite or offsite. Only United States onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and the buyer actively encourages small, minority, and women-owned businesses to participate. The buyer lists the budget as open for proposals and reserves the right to reject any bid, waive irregularities, or cancel the request. Bidders must submit all questions by September 09, 2026.
