The Town of Westford, through the J.V. Fletcher Library Building Committee, seeks sealed proposals from qualified firms for the furnishing, installation, configuration, programming, testing, commissioning, training, and warranty of Information Technology Systems. The requested scope for the J.V. Fletcher Library Renovation and Expansion Project includes network switches, Verizon fiber backbone coordination and termination equipment, fiber optic infrastructure, wireless access points, network racks, cabinets, uninterruptible power supply systems, network configuration, documentation, and coordination with construction equipment and the telecommunications provider. Eligibility requires an onshore USA organization to perform work onsite at an active construction site. The buyer seeks proposal budgets. Interested firms may obtain documents beginning August 24, 2026. The buyer holds a non-mandatory pre-proposal site visit on August 28, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Bidders must submit written questions by August 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The buyer issues addenda by September 3, 2026, and receives sealed proposals until September 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
