School Signage Services

District Five of Lexington and Richland Counties requires school signage services for six school locations. The requested scope includes providing interior and exterior signage, which may encompass design, fabrication, removal and disposal of existing signage, delivery, and installation of new and replacement signage. Work performance will occur offsite. The buyer limits eligibility to USA organizations. Bidders must submit one original, five marked mailed copies, and one electronic USB copy in a sealed package, or submit digitally via email or online. Bidders must include a signed copy of the solicitation form and hold their offers open for at least sixty calendar days after the opening date. Bidders must submit all questions electronically to [email protected] by 12:00 pm on September 1, 2026. Bidders must submit their final offers by 11:00 am on September 10, 2026. The buyer seeks proposal budgets and will post awards and amendments on its purchasing website.
