Monumental Signage Installation Service

Wayne-Westland Community Schools seeks a vendor to provide monumental signage installation services for district-wide exterior signage. The scope falls under Bid Division 122 for Exterior Signage and Bid Division 143 for Electrical, with work performed onsite or offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to participate. Bidding documents prepared by TMP Architecture will become available on Friday, August 21, 2026, through Building Connected and designated regional plan rooms. The buyer will hold a pre-proposal meeting on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at the Wayne-Westland Community Schools Administration Building. Bidders must submit sealed proposals electronically through Building Connected by Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. The buyer will publicly open, read aloud, and tabulate bids via Zoom at that time. The buyer will not accept late, faxed, or emailed bids, and the buyer currently seeks proposals without listing a specific budget amount.
