The Town of Westford, acting through the J.V. Fletcher Library Building Committee, seeks qualified firms for the furnishing, installation, configuration, programming, testing, commissioning, training, and warranty of Audio Visual Systems. The project covers the J.V. Fletcher Library Renovation and Expansion Project at 50 Main Street in Westford, MA. Specific areas requiring audio visual systems, controls, and supporting equipment include the Multipurpose Meeting Room, AV Control Room, Trustees Room, Conference Room, Mary Atwood Room, and Young Adult Area. Bidders must perform the work onsite, and eligibility limits participation to onshore United States organizations. Bidders can obtain proposal documents beginning August 24, 2026, by contacting the Owner's Project Manager by email or phone. The buyer will hold a non-mandatory pre-proposal site visit on August 28, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Interested parties must submit written questions by August 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM, and the buyer will issue addenda by September 3, 2026. Bidders must deliver sealed proposals to the Town Manager's Office by September 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and conducts this procurement under M.G.L. c. 30B, §6.
