Professional Architectural and Engineering Design Consulting Services

The District seeks a vendor to provide professional architectural and engineering design consulting services. The buyer requires a scope encompassing consulting and strategic facility planning, pre-design assessments, schematic design with computer-generated renderings, design development, contract document preparation, and construction administration. The scope also includes construction cost estimating, conceptual planning with design options, and project prioritization, phasing, and implementation planning aligned with the Facilities Master Plan and District commitments. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The vendor must perform the work offsite within their own office premises. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 9, 2026.
