Unify Phone System Maintenance Service

The buyer requires comprehensive maintenance, support, and sustainment services for its Unify phone system located in Wyoming. The successful vendor must deliver both proactive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates for the OpenScape Voice suite operating on SUSE Linux, Ubuntu, and Debian systems. Work includes maintaining all associated hardware, software, and peripheral interfaces, while maintaining remote troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose and resolve issues.
