Refugee Essential Case Management and Initial Employment Services

The government authority in New Jersey requires a vendor to provide refugee essential case management and initial employment services. The selected contractor must allow interested individuals to apply, determine program eligibility, and obtain signed releases using approved forms. The contractor must assess client and household needs, including English proficiency, work history, health services, transportation, housing stability, and digital access. Additionally, the contractor must determine if clients are employable, non-employable, or exempt, and develop a plan to address identified needs through services, referrals, and follow-up.
