Employee Assistance and Client Case Management Solution

The Contracting Authority requires an Employee Assistance and Client Case Management Solution for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must deliver one-to-one onsite and online support, manager advisory services, crisis and trauma support, and wellbeing webinars. The vendor must also provide a Client Case Management System that supports sessional services with features including file management, integrated assessments, unlimited note storage, mobile diary access, client self-scheduling, and secure messaging. Performance of the work will occur offsite. The buyer limits eligibility exclusively to onshore vendors in Ireland. Bidders must submit proposals looking to establish the budget.
