The buyer requires a vendor to provide a secure board software solution that allows 22 authorized users—specifically 2 administrators and 20 users—to access board files and collaborate electronically offsite. The vendor must transfer and upload data from the current board portal into the new system. The requested software must serve as a centralized repository for board packets, calendars, contact information, forms, documents, and archived records with advanced search capabilities. Additionally, the software must offer tools for creating board books, send email or in-portal alerts, and control emails, annotations, and discussions within the portal. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit a proposal, and the buyer requests pricing proposals. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
