Kahua Implementation Support Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide Kahua implementation support services for a one-year contract period. The scope includes asset management and geographic information system (GIS) integration, betterments tracking, capital management, capital cost estimating, configuration and scope management, and an earned value management system. Additional scope requirements cover forecasting, contracts modifications, cash flow, fund source management, grants tracking, meetings management, resource planning, project time logs, right of way (ROW) management, portfolio management, capital planning, environmental planning, and permit tracking. Eligible vendors must be onshore (USA Only), and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget.
