The buyer requires a qualified marketing firm to plan, coordinate, implement, and administer a marketing campaign under a one-year contract. The scope includes developing a brand platform, reviewing brand identity, and providing graphic design and content for digital, video, print, and collateral materials. The selected firm must deliver strategic campaign support, multi-channel outreach, branded material development, and media planning, alongside scheduling and purchasing advertising across print, digital, radio, and television. The buyer also requests market energy and market research consulting, media planning and management, and social media strategy, content, and execution on an as-needed basis. Eligibility requires an onshore USA organization, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 2, 2026.
