Janitorial Services

The buyer requires janitorial services for a government authority located in California over a three-year contract period. The requested scope includes vacuuming carpets, emptying wastebaskets, damp wiping surfaces, cleaning restrooms, sanitizing doorknobs and handrails, cleaning entry doors and window glass, replacing inoperative light bulbs, sweeping stairwells, stripping and waxing linoleum flooring, and shampooing carpets using an extraction method. Vendors must perform all work onsite, and eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
