Photography and Videography Services

The buyer requires photographers, videographers, creative production companies, and visual storytellers to deliver photography and videography services on an as-needed, project-based basis. The requested scope includes social media content creation, storytelling and program documentation, event coverage, drone visuals, and full video production from concept to script development. The buyer expects high-quality content for social media, websites, promotional materials, annual reports, and media relations. Eligible vendors must be onshore USA organizations, and performance of the work will occur offsite. The buyer accepts digital responses submitted via email or online, and is looking for proposals regarding the budget. The contract period will run for one year. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than September 4, 2026.
