Security Information and Event Management Service

An Post requires a vendor to provide a 24x7x365 managed Security Information and Event Management service. The requested scope includes continuous security monitoring, threat detection and analysis, incident management, triage, investigation, and escalation. The supplier must manage platform support, threat intelligence, governance, reporting, security orchestration, automation, response capabilities, detection engineering, and use case development while providing qualified cybersecurity personnel. The vendor must securely integrate with An Post's existing Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender tooling and support security event sources from both Microsoft Sentinel and non-Microsoft platforms. Eligible vendors must deliver services onshore within Ireland, and work performance will occur offsite. An Post requests proposals to determine the budget. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and they must submit all questions no later than September 07, 2026.
