Portfolio Acquisition Executive, Medical Digital Solutions, End User Services Area of Interest Application, Workflow, Adoption and Change Support Services

The buyer requires a Portfolio Acquisition Executive to deliver medical digital solutions and end-user services across various operational areas. The selected vendor must provide application and clinical workflow support, service desk and information technology service management, enablement and adoption services, disconnected enablers, and beneficiary digital experiences. Additional responsibilities include managing change, communications, and trust, providing service intelligence and governance support, executing program management and service integration, and maintaining optimal enterprise workflows with annual government reviews. Solutions must accommodate unique workflows, priorities, and connectivity constraints. To qualify, the bidder must be a USA-based onshore organization. Work performance will occur offsite. The buyer requires a proposal for the budget and accepts digital submissions via email or online. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 2, 2026.
