The buyer requires a hosted, cloud-based, and web-accessible Appointment Reminder SaaS platform for authorized State staff and local agencies. The platform must allow State staff to configure custom message scripts, including appointment locations, dates, times, local agency names, and special instructions. The buyer needs multi-lingual communication supporting voice calls, texts, and emails in English and Spanish with accessibility standards, real-time auto-translation chat, and automatic URL shortening for text messages. Additional requested capabilities include role-based access control, a mobile app or mobile-responsive web design for participant notifications, and real-time bi-directional communication to collect response data. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposal pricing for the budget.
