In-Person American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreting Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide in-person American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services on an as-needed basis for meetings and complex communication assignments. The selected vendor must support communication access for Deaf, DeafBlind, Deaf Disabled, Hard of Hearing, and Late-Deafened (DDBDDHHLD) individuals. The required scope includes providing services to applicants, employees, and participants in job-required activities, such as internal employee meetings, public meetings, trainings, conferences, and sight translation assignments. The buyer requires offsite performance of the work and limits eligibility to onshore United States organizations only. The buyer establishes a contract term of three years and requests proposals for the budget. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than September 8, 2026.
