As-Needed and Urgent or Immediate Language Interpretation

The buyer needs as-needed and urgent or immediate language interpretation and translation services. The requested scope includes providing 24/7 on-site American Sign Language (ASL) and multilingual interpreters. Additionally, the buyer requires remote telephone interpretations through a single toll-free number with conference-calling capabilities. The scope also includes Video Remote Interpretations (VRI), featuring 24/7 VRI-ASL and digital platform access via Teams, Zoom, or another system. Furthermore, the buyer requires written translation and transcription of various documents and live or prerecorded audio or video content between English and requested languages. Eligibility is limited to onshore vendors that are United States organizations. The performance of the work will take place offsite. Regarding the budget, the buyer is looking for proposals. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 11, 2026.
