The buyer requires a vendor to deliver a report analysis and market modeling service for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must provide market demand predictions for products over the next 12 to 24 months, using provided data such as current capacity, market production efficiency, anticipated canopy capacity, transfers, and sales figures. The scope includes analyzing reported flowering square footage, evaluating cannabis production and retail sales data, updating supply-demand gap estimates, modeling future adult-use and medical cannabis demand under multiple growth scenarios, and assessing the potential impact of federal regulatory transitions. Eligible bidders must be an onshore USA organization only. The vendor will perform all work offsite and submit proposals digitally via email or online.
