The buyer seeks communications consultants to provide creative services, multimedia production, and earned media and public relations support. Requested scope includes creative strategy, audience insights, brand systems, photography, motion graphics, graphic design, digital assets, media relations, and strategic communications. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility requires an onshore USA organization. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget.
