Airport Advertising Sales and Support Services

The buyer requires a UK-based organization to provide airport advertising sales and support services for a five-year contract period. To maximize advertising revenue, the selected vendor must sell all advertising and Wi-Fi inventory, build advertiser pipelines, maintain an inventory database, manage relationships and contracts, and create client concepts. The scope also includes program operations and technical management, such as managing ad delivery hardware and software, coordinating asset installations and removals, providing content systems, and supporting infrastructure modernization. Additionally, the vendor must handle financial management tasks, including billing coordination, collections, receivables, and payment tracking and reporting. The vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer accepts digital responses via email or online and seeks proposals for the budget.
