Statewide Education Campaign Services

The buyer requires a vendor to deliver a statewide public education campaign focused on medical marijuana and the effects of illicit marijuana use. The requested scope includes comprehensive media advertising, strategic communications, community engagement, pedagogical research, and ongoing consulting support. Specifically, the selected vendor must design, implement, and maintain a Learning Management System, develop evidence-based educational content, and create multilingual materials in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole. The contractor will also produce television, radio, digital, print, social media, and outdoor ad campaigns, facilitate webinars and training events, and build statewide outreach partnerships. Only onshore United States organizations qualify for this three-year offsite contract. Bidders must submit proposals digitally through email or online.
