The buyer requires a vendor to provide building facilities strategic plan services offsite. The selected consultant must develop a comprehensive facility strategic plan that integrates existing and targeted assessments. Additionally, the consultant will define clear, measurable facility levels of service (LOS) to prioritize investments, manage risks, and align facilities with sustainability and service delivery goals. The scope also includes translating the Facility Performance Framework and LOS findings into prioritized actions and creating an inclusion, diversity, equity & accessibility performance framework aligned with LOS to evaluate facility accessibility. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The buyer establishes a budget of 300,000 CAD.
