PR and Communications Partner Service

The buyer seeks a public relations and communications partner to support a project. The selected vendor must review existing brand, messaging, and outreach materials across email, social media, events, and earned media. Scope requirements include identifying key outreach moments, partners, and platforms; proactively pitching and securing earned media placements; and providing media support for public-facing events, including on-site press coordination. Additionally, the vendor must assess campaign performance, deliver earned media placements, handle inbound media inquiries, drive regional website referral traffic, and hand off media relationships and contacts developed during the campaign. The buyer requires an onshore United States organization to perform this work offsite. The buyer accepts digital proposals submitted online or via email and invites bidders to submit budget proposals.
