Strategic Planning Service

The buyer seeks a Canadian consulting firm to provide strategic planning services and assist in developing a comprehensive three- or five-year strategic plan. The selected vendor must focus on the organization's vision, mission, values, and future strategic directions to reveal an updated strategic plan in January 2027. The buyer requires the vendor to perform the work offsite. The scope of work includes developing recommendations for implementation and support structures, creating strategic planning tools for evaluation, and consulting with the CEO and management team to produce an operational plan and a communication plan, such as a strategic plan booklet. The buyer limits eligibility strictly to onshore Canadian organizations. The buyer has not specified a fixed budget and seeks proposals to determine the cost.
