Surveying Services

The government authority located in Ohio requires a USA-based vendor to provide on-call, as-needed surveying services to support capital improvement, operational, and planning initiatives. The selected vendor will perform offsite field surveys and research public records to support project development from early feasibility through design and construction. The scope includes gathering elevations, contours, spot elevations, and breaklines for engineering, ADA, and drainage analysis. Work also encompasses property boundary determination, mapping, right-of-way and easement identification, mapping visible utilities and structures, and coordinating with utility locate services like OUPS. The buyer will issue multiple task orders over time and requests proposal pricing for the budget. Interested bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on September 2, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 9, 2026.
