Janitorial Services

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide janitorial services for a one-year contract period at a government authority located in Fairfax, Virginia. The requested scope includes cleaning, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms, office areas, hallways, conference rooms, kitchenettes, entryways, janitor storage closets, drinking fountains, and locker rooms. The vendor must also perform semi-annual cleaning duties, including washing windows inside and out, wiping window blinds, washing light fixtures, and thoroughly sanitizing drinking fountains. Work performance must occur onsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on September 8, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 11, 2026. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
