The buyer requires a cloud-based regulatory licensing software to automate workflows and manage licensing and registration processes for counselors. Requested scope includes mobile-responsive software that handles registration and credential management for continuing education providers and instructors, enables public search and license verification, allows licensees to manage profiles and renew online, and analyzes continuing education participation and outcomes. The buyer will award a two-year contract. To eligible to bid, vendors must be a USA organization providing onshore services, and all work will be performed offsite.
