Advertising and Marketing Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide full-service advertising and marketing services for a one-year contract period. The requested scope includes audience research, marketing analysis, planning, and evaluation, as well as creative planning, creative development, art direction, and creative production. The contractor must handle media research, media planning, and media buying. Additionally, the buyer requires social marketing, broadcast direction and production, photo and image manipulation and search, talent search and coordination, storyboarding, and other manual arts services. Work performance will occur offsite. To qualify, eligible vendors must be onshore USA organizations. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget. Bidders can submit responses digitally through email or online. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 11, 2026.
