This solution must support textbook management, digital courseware delivery, inventory management, EDI, point-of-sale operations, e-commerce, financial management, reporting, and customer engagement. The project seeks an integrated omnichannel retail model to improve operational efficiency, automate processes, enhance data integrity, and support long-term digital transformation. The buyer requires performance of the work offsite and limits eligibility to Canadian organizations. The buyer requests proposals for the budget and sets a five-year contract period. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 14, 2026. Obtaining the main RFP document requires additional payment.
