Municipal Financial Management System Software

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a modern municipal financial management system software to replace its existing system. The requested scope includes software licensing or subscription services, secure cloud-based or hosted application services, system configuration, data conversion and migration, go-live and transition support, and ongoing software maintenance and system updates. The solution must improve system response times, reduce manual processes, enhance system integration, and improve financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, utility billing, purchasing, and analytics capabilities. Eligibility requires onshore USA organizations only. The vendor will perform all work offsite at its own office premises. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 11, 2026.
