The government authority in Atlantic, NJ seeks real estate market data services to support real property lease acquisitions, purchases, and disposals. The buyer requires a vendor to provide probabilistic reliability risk analysis services alongside datasets containing spatial and nonspatial data for a minimum of 150,000,000 parcels.
