The buyer requires a vendor to provide a parking management system. The requested scope includes work program, schedule, governance, scope, change, issue, cost, personnel, and facility management, along with development tools. The vendor must implement, configure, and oversee acceptance of software platforms, software, environments, tools, and all software components. Additionally, the vendor must establish training environments and hardware requirements, implement migration tools, and review and audit existing systems, inventories, workflows, department needs, and technology frameworks. The buyer restricts eligibility to onshore vendors within the USA, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer sets the contract period for one year and requests proposals to determine the budget. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and bidders must submit all questions no later than September 9, 2026.
