The winning vendor must deliver an end-to-end turnkey solution that includes software licensing, implementation, configuration, data migration, testing, system integration, training, documentation, ongoing maintenance, software updates, and technical support. Vendors must supply solutions compatible with current hardware and explicitly detail any necessary hardware replacements, upgrades, software dependencies, or additional equipment. Eligibility restricts participation strictly to Canadian onshore organizations, and the contractor will perform all work offsite.
