American Sign Language Interpreting Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide, schedule, oversee, and bill a qualified staff of American Sign Language interpreters for educational settings at the post-secondary level. The requested scope includes in-person, remote, and hybrid interpreting services, along with providing qualified substitute interpreters when primary interpreters are unavailable. The interpreter pool must demonstrate proficiency in Pidgin Signed English, American Sign Language, and Conceptually Accurate Signed Language. The contract features a two-hour minimum for on-site services, while video remote interpreting services require billing based on time spent. The contract spans a three-year period, and performance of the work takes place both offsite and onsite. Eligibility limits participation to onshore vendors within the United States. Vendors can submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the buyer seeks proposal pricing rather than stating a fixed budget. All questions require submission no later than September 14, 2026.
