The Texas government authority requires a vendor to deliver answer engine optimization (AEO) program services to improve a university's visibility, accuracy, and authority in AI-generated search environments. The requested scope includes providing AEO consulting, content strategy, training, content and knowledge optimization, and an institutional AI visibility assessment. The vendor must deliver strategic recommendations, prompt and query testing frameworks, governance guidelines across university web properties, and access to a monitoring platform that tracks brand share of voice, citations, and source influence against peer institutions. The contractor must also monitor emerging AI search developments. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The contract duration is one year.
