The government authority in Elk Grove, CA requires a contractor to develop, implement, manage, and maintain a statewide mental health registry network of temporary and relief mental health staffing services. The buyer needs temporary and relief services to maintain staffing levels when civil service staff is insufficient, during emergencies, and to deliver required services. The scope includes providing a web-based electronic timekeeping system that supports all registry timekeeping and billing operations across all institutions, alongside meeting data integrity, audit, compliance, and IT security requirements. The system must integrate with State and Vendor Management systems, operate over WIFI, export data, and comply with State IT security and data privacy requirements. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The contractor may perform work onsite or offsite over a two-year contract period.
