Filming and Production Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide comprehensive filming and production services for a one-year contract period. The selected videographer must conceive creative video concepts, brainstorm, create mood boards and storyboards, write or edit scripts, scout locations, source and direct onscreen or voice talent, and assemble production teams. Required production duties include capturing video, editing video and still footage, performing basic color and audio correction, creating graphics, and rendering. The vendor will complete all work onsite, and eligibility is strictly restricted to onshore Canadian vendors. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget and accepts digital submissions via email or online. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than September 23, 2026. The buyer evaluates candidates based on their creative ability to translate concepts into video format, high attention to detail, and working knowledge of video capture and post-production processes.
