Communications Support Service

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide communications support services over a two-year contract period. Under the direction of the communications manager, the vendor will strengthen day-to-day communications output and develop a multi-year strategic communications plan. The scope includes communicating through websites, social media, newsletters, media relations, printed notices, public meeting materials, and emergency notification systems. The vendor will execute project-specific outreach campaigns, support and directly execute social media activity, review website content architecture, rewrite page-level content, draft press releases, and produce photography, videography, podcasts, or audio. The vendor must also provide on-call crisis and incident communications support, including after-hours availability. To qualify, the bidder must be a USA organization. The vendor may perform work onsite or offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget and requires all questions to be submitted no later than September 04, 2026.
