Local Voice and Data Circuits Service

The government authority in Alabama requires a vendor to provide local voice and data circuits services limited strictly to official government use. The required scope includes supplying local exchange access services, analog and digital access transport services, and inter/intra-Local Access Transport Area interconnect functions. Additionally, access to the local exchange must feature operator assistance, directory assistance, and emergency E911 services.
