IP based Valcom PA and Intercom System

The government authority in Hastings, MI requires a vendor to provide, install, and implement an IP-based Valcom PA and intercom system to replace its legacy Multicom 2000 system. The buyer expects the vendor to conduct a campus assessment, procure and install hardware and software, integrate the new system with existing infrastructure, and deliver ongoing technical support. The vendor must remove and dispose of all existing PA and intercom components, terminal blocks, wiring, cabling, and accessible conduit. Additionally, the vendor must train administrative, maintenance, technology, and security staff on system operation and maintenance. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity, and the performance of the work will occur offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
