The buyer requires a vendor to design, develop, host, integrate, and launch a modern, clean, and professional website using a Content Management System (CMS). The requested scope includes migrating historical records, by-laws, and policies, implementing automated 301 redirects, and deploying an advanced full-text search engine for site pages and media files. The buyer needs a secure CMS with a modular block editor, continuous updates, security patching, monitoring, content publishing support, and protocol-driven periodic reviews. Administrative access must enforce Multi-Factor Authentication via hardware keys or authenticator apps, strictly prohibiting SMS-based options. Performance of the work will take place offsite.
