Traffic Counting Program Service

The government authority in Baton Rouge, LA needs a vendor to provide a traffic counting program service to inform transportation planning and develop analytics for metropolitan planning area transportation projects. The buyer requires the consultant to collect raw traffic data during 48-hour sessions conducted between Monday and Friday. The vendor must organize, process, and deliver the data in raw traffic data files compatible with the buyer's current traffic data management software operated on Traffic Server. Additionally, the vendor must supply an average daily traffic summary in a Microsoft Excel compatible spreadsheet and an ESRI compatible geographic file based on provided templates. Only USA organizations qualify for this opportunity. The buyer accepts proposal submissions for the budget, and vendors may perform work onsite or offsite.
