The buyer requires a vendor to provide a centralized debt management software platform to manage its bond and loan portfolio, borrower information, covenant monitoring, post-issuance compliance, and transaction-related documents and workflows. The requested scope includes establishing a searchable document repository for PDF, Excel, and Word files, along with filtering debt obligations and generating financial reports, debt service tables, and note disclosures. Additionally, the platform must provide automated debt payment tracking, customizable user-level alerts, saved user reports, and artificial intelligence functionality to assist in automating the continuing disclosure process.
