Build America Bureau - Appraisals

The Federal Highway Administration needs market research to identify potential sources for an anticipated contract supporting the Build America Bureau's appraisals. The scope includes performing technical reviews of applicant-submitted appraisals, executing market feasibility and highest and best use analyses, and preparing comprehensive project appraisal reports incorporating market value and net liquidation value. Contractors must also perform re-appraisals and provide strategic advisory services. Commercial sources, small businesses, and vendors with deep expertise in federal valuation standards and institutional lending appraisals are invited to respond.
