The buyer requires an automated, device-based pavement management software solution to collect near real-time roadway distress data utilizing city vehicles. The system must analyze the collected data to generate objective pavement preservation, maintenance, and reconstruction plans that support proactive, long-term budget planning. Vendors will perform all work offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to participate in this opportunity. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 16, 2026.
