Scheduling Software

The buyer seeks a comprehensive integrated fixed route scheduling software to replace a dated existing solution, automate business processes, and leverage modern scheduling tools. The requested scope includes software that supports planning, blocking, run cutting, bidding, driver scheduling, file import and export, management, National Transit Database (NTD) reporting, a static GTFS file, and integration with other systems using APIs and related data. The buyer also requires the software to automate dispatch planning and provide robust reporting. Only USA organizations operating onshore are eligible to apply, and the selected vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget and offers a contract period of five years. Potential bidders must submit all questions no later than September 29, 2026.
